"Hands down could not have asked for a better buying experience. As first-time home buyers, we couldn't have been happier! 1) Communication - quick responder and comfortable via text, email, or phone. Each have their uses, and he used them all very well and professionally. 2) Knowledge - Our favorite aspect of Kyle was his home knowledge. He treated home showings as a pre-inspection where he would comment on thoughts of the roof, mechanicals, basement, foundation, etc. He never acted thought as he was the inspector or final say but always pointed things out and was transparent. His goal was to point to potential costs and then together do homework, talk to folks, or just keep it in mind during the inspection. He knew much more than we anticipated and this helped greatly. 3) Dedication - Kyle battled for us when trying to get a home. He also used his network to get second opinions on things we saw during home showings. 4) Attitude - very positive, encouraging, and real. When we got buyers fatigue after 6 weeks of shopping, he was there to encourage and motivate us. Very patient too. I asked many questions and sometimes repeatedly and he was gracious to answer all. 5) Personality - very flexible and easy to get along with. Not only is he technical, but he has great soft skills as well. Felt like we were truly working with a friend."
